This package includes the following:

Pre-booking: Complimentary in person or virtual consultation
Prenatal visits: 1 to 3 prenatal visits to thoroughly explore and address your individual goals, expectations, and preferences. We will cover topics such as your birth plan, comfort measures, and how I can best assist you. Usually 1 to 1.5 hours each
24/7 support: On call informational and emotional support via phone, email, or text throughout pregnancy
Resources: Access to my personal lending library of books on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
Birth: Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support and care during labor
- Comfort measures: hydrotherapy, counter-pressure, massage, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, position changes, other techniques as needed
- Post-birth support: remain with you until both you and your baby are situated and help facilitate breastfeeding
Postpartum: 1 in-person (or virtual) postpartum visit

MasterClassComfort

This package includes the following:

Tailored Guidance: Customized sessions based on your individual preferences and needs. Prior to the class, we will meet in person or virtually to discuss your expectations to ensure the training is customized for your unique situation.
In-depth Instruction: Comprehensive training in comfort techniques for various birthing situations. In person training lasts about 2 hours.
Partner Involvement: Designed for both expecting mothers and their partners to actively participate. Learn techniques such as counter-pressure, massage, breathing, and other others as needed
Self-Empowerment: Empowering you and your partner with skills for a confident and comfortable birthing experience.
Flexible Learning: Ideal for couples who want to learn techniques without necessarily hiring a doula for their birth.
Knowledge Sharing: Provide valuable information and resources on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.

BirthPlanSession

This package includes the following:
